The best rental car experienced I have ever had! Pickup in Zagreb was easdy and convenient - but also very friendly and conversational. The car itself was close to brand-new and was perfect for my next week driving down the country. Drop-off in Dubrovnik was also pretty straightforward with no surprises. Great value - definitely recommend

I had no problems with this company, they were fantastic. I received my deposit back within about 4 business days, so the duration you have to wait for the deposit to be returned seems to depend on your bank, not so much the car company. I felt I wanted to write this review as the 1 star reviews seemed harsh compared to the experience I had with this company. As I have hired a lot of cars with various companies in the past, as long as you come prepared: remember drivers licence, credit card, etc it goes smoothly.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They will not unblock the hold fee of 600 Euro. They have not given a straight answer on to as why they withdrew the amount instead of blocked. This company is not recommended by many flight booking places. Stay away and book with another company which is safer. Active your an absolute nightmare! I am reporting this company to my bank for fraud! They wait for you to leave the country and stuff you around. Worst car hire company iv ever experience!

Beware of this company. If you get in trouble with your car you don't want their service. They promise you alot of things and in the end, when you left the country, they f*ck you over.
