Diving Center Shark

I am comparing to the standard of dive centers that I'm used to from around the world. Please consider this a constructive feedback and I hope you will get more happy customers after improving a few things. The staff seemed a bit all over the place, the instructions were not completely clear. For example they did not require us to do buddy checks, nor did they check our equipment before entering the water. Similarly the instructions for the dive were not completely clear which resulted in a bit of a chaos after entering the water when some divers went straight down, others were waiting by the side of the boad. They only told me to which wreck we were going to before entering the water and only after I asked. They did go through the map and explained the dive though. The water was really cold which they only mentioned at the boat. I had a long wetsuit but if they mentioned beforehand that the temperature is 17 degrees, I would have requested additional layers and gloves as the dive was not very enjoyable. All these things could be easily avoided and the safety and enjoyability of the divers would be increased a lot. The captain of the boat did not say anythign apart from yelling at people that they put their equipment at the wrong side of the bench.
