I rode the train from the west to the purchased one - there were no controllers to the penultimate station. When he showed up, he started to think about why I didn't buy a ticket at the curator's - although I don't have to make excuses at all (and I went in the west), and that he could charge me 15kn more for a ticket. I think we should focus a little more on the morale of the people who use your service, and not on whether the controller will charge 15kn more (although he didn't charge me).
