Dr. Stjepan Kranjčević worked as a cardiologist at KB Merkur full time. I have been his patient for over twenty years and I have had very unpleasant experiences. He may know medicine and his profession, but he is very tactless, unkind and rude to the patient. He imposes medications that are not adequate for the symptoms of the disease, has no empathy, does not want to listen to the patient and always predicts a negative outcome of your illness. I am glad that he has retired, because now instead of him, reliable, kind and professional doctors work at the Merkur Clinic.
