Bad experience that I never had! un management and un professionals!! I try to contact them many time even in Zagreb for return are money almost 3 months ! They are answer very late and just say they will check it but nothing happens ! I cannot believe that ..I will not deal business with them again. Ps. You can’t comment them even on YouTube or FB page because they are block people to comment it! So mystery!!

Packages not being delivered, no one is answering phone, emails or fb messages. I'm paying extra for next day delivery but end up waiting several days to have it delivered (if at all), for simple small packages from domestic location to Zagreb. Absolutely worst delivery service I worked with.

Always open post office, day or night, holiday or working day... Very good. Sometimes is very crowdy, sometimes nobody inside... There is no rule. But whatever I need - I get there... For state company generally it is very good...

Very hot inside, no ventilation. Even with only a dozen people inside it gets crowded. Staff is friendly, but it doesn't help when out of every three packages they lose one.

Awful experience, returned the package without trying to contact sender or recevier.
