Clean facility, but the wait time is too long. It's an insult to me, to have to wait so long to mail a letter or parcel.What should take 5 minutes takes 20 to 25 minutes.

Change working hours online and not to kiss the door. Opening hours are until 7pm and not until 8pm.

The lady who edited the excellent, without any hesitation immediately filled out the payment form with a smile on my request (wrong parking).
