A nice place to enjoy the city views both during the day and at night. The adult ticket is 60 kn, which is worth it if you're going to spend some time there. There's a bar with comfy sofas, where you can sit and admire the city.

Definitely overrated observation deck. They have huge protection from falling down and there is no way you can enjoy the view. Also they have sort of bar inside. I find it ridiculous to pay first for the entrance to the deck just to have possibility to sit in the bar and pay there more.
