Overall everything went smoothly and quickly. Just make sure to check the required hold on your credit card ahead of time in writing if you are going to use credit card collision damage waiver. I was told in writing it would be 3850 euros but they wanted to put a larger hold at the counter. When I showed them the email correspondence they agreed to what was told in the email.

I needed a car for sightseeing and the price of Rent-A-Car was good. I made reservations at the airport and the reps were very helpful. The service was fast and everybody was very nice and professional. The car ran well and was clean. Will sure come back again.

She is very bad in communication, you book a vehicle online, you do not receive any communication from her concerning your order. You can write to find out what's going on, the ghost company will not answer, result of the account you will have no choice but to reserve a vehicle from another rental company, which, of course, will give you satisfaction. But do not be surprised to have the phantom company withdraw from your bank account the amount of the rent that never took place, and of course you will have no recourse to claim the amount that was dishonestly taken from you, a ghost remains a ghost!
