Advent In Zagreb

Fantastic !! Beautiful christ lamps adorn the streets and every corner. Sparkling lights, christmas trees with mini nut cracker stature. The smell of cinnamon and mull wine fill the air. The excitement in the crowd is magical, everyone is having a good time. The stalls are offering irresistible delicacies, there is something for everyone!

It looks like a romantic fairytale. The city is beautiful and misterious. Tre ice rink is magnificently lit and all the city parks with their Christmas Markets are worth seeing. Don't miss it. The festive atmosphere, the joy of approaching holidays, the music and food, happy and smiling people everywhere. I deffinitely recommend it.

Oli , the apsolutly best place for food on Advent in Zagreb. You must try their homemade apple cake, and hot Malibu cocktail.

First you need to find parking at least 4 hours. You need so much to get around the minimum that happens in and around the center. You can start from Tomislavc via Zrinjevac and over Cvjetni to the square. Slightly across Markov Square to Žnidaršić to the gemište and then along Štros once again to Mesnicka and the tunnel entrance. The tunnel to Radiceva where you continue via Dolac to the European Square. If you have not spent everything along the way and can still get back on your feet, REPEAT

There is a slight decrease in enthusiasm ... and the interest of the organizers to be a different new every year ... better ... if things don't change, Advent in Zagreb has definitely reached its peak. But it is still a top event.
