Rent a Car Zadar Airport NOVA

Typical scam based business. Reasonable fares to attract customers so they overcharge every possible thing from car damage, out of office fees, cleaning fees, etc. And they won't even inform you, they just write it in Croation dont mention it to make you sign. THIEVES!!!!

I've been renting with them this summer but now remember I didn't leave review. My girlfriend and me find about 10 rent a car companies in Zadar but Nova was the only which rent us a car without me as a driver having credit card. I used credit card of my girlfriend which was with me. However they have super simple website where you clearly see and understand what insurance are you putting and basically what are you paying for. We paid extra €20 as a option to have a diesel car and and free of extra charge we got automatic car. It was really helpful because we did about 2500km. Personally I don't prefer pressing clutch and shifting gears all the time so thanks for that! Return was also fine and super quick. We didn't get charged any extra money and it took only about 10 minutes. We are definitely recommending this place and we will come back again.

Car was dirty on the inside, with some sticky surfaces and we even found a toothpick in the door pocket. Outside was also dirty but it didn't really bother me. Be very careful when signing the contract, check all the fees. I was charged (and not infromed) an "out of working hours" fee, even though I was at their office on time but had to wait in line until past their working hours. I claimed and their absurd argument is that it doesn't really matter at what time I was there, what matters is the time that collection started. So yes,, customers are fully responsible for waiting in lines and not only I had to wait but I also had to pay for it.

Thieves and liars! They even lie here on google reviews!!! To avoid!

Extremely high charges for border cross and usage of ferry. Be very careful dealing with Nova. They overcharge.
