Apartments Kuss

We stayed here during Hideout Festival. The owner was very understanding even though we were a bit noisy and didn't leave the place as tidy as we probably should have but he accepted money in compensation which was very understanding as we were extremely hungover! Cute little dog too!

Great owners, great location, great for families, we were with 3 kids.

Nice and well equipped apartment. Zdravko, the owner, and wife are very helpful and friendly. From the apartment you can walk to beaches, bars, restaurants and markets, or with a few minutes drive you can find other beautiful beaches. We are happy to have met these people and this place that we will surely keep in mind for the next holidays.

Upon arrival we found the apartment clean and in good condition. The owner and his wife are very welcoming, they offered us coffee and sweets both on arrival and departure. They live in the same building, but for the time we spent in the apartment we hardly ever saw them and they never disturbed us. Their four-legged friend "Lucky" visited us once every night to see if we're all right. "A very sweet puppy. The owner speaks in English, but even for me that I don't know him well it was perfectly understandable. If the guests behave in a polite and respectful manner the owners reserve the same treatment as opposed to what is read on many reviews.

For English comments see below! Unfortunately, we had a lot of bad experiences. The owner lives there at the accommodation, is terribly distrustful as he only returned personal documents on departure. He also has a dog who likes to moan at 7 o'clock in the morning, we woke up to it every day. The floor was stuck in the room and there was no mop to clean. Parking is free but since it was a full house our car could not fit in the parking lot and we had to leave several nights right on the road. The equipment is also very outdated, the shower also fell apart during use. The biggest problem was that a chair was broken and we didn’t notice it when we took over the room, only later for which I charged 700 HRK. And the worst part was that scorpions were crawling on the wall of the room! Unfortunately we had a realy bad experiences. The owner live there with his dog. He is very untrustable and strict, he kept passports until we leave. We wake every morning at 7.00 a.m because of dog. The room was so dirty, there was no wash up! Parking is free but there is not enough place, we had to park the car on the main road. The furnitures were also in bad conditions, the shower disintegrated during use. There was a broken chairs what we found after the check out and the owners cost 700 HRK for it. They didn't give bills from anything! The most horrible thing is there were some scorpions in the wall of the room. The owners did not care about it!
