First experience-held the package for 14days and returned to sender without even a trying to deliver it to me despite having a scheduled date and despite my few phone calls regarding package info. No reason given for returning it to sender.Review rate-1 Second experience-super fast delivery delivered in specified time and sharp on time with 2 phone calls to double check if I’m home and a very polite delivery guy/driver. Review rate-5 Two situations, completely opposite experience. (5+1)/2=3 stars overall

Order something for my mum. Poor woman waited whole day, no one showed up. Called DPD in Croatia, had to wait about 49min, just to be told, it won be delivered today. When? No one knows! Have experience with DPD abroad - service is not any better. If you have choice - please avoid!!!

Delivery service: non-existent. What they tell you is that they are going to deliver on a specified day (so you wait at home), and then they don't show. You ring them and they said they tried delivering (which they didn't), so they'll try again tomorrow. Rinse and repeat.

Parcel wrongly sorted. Went totally on the other end of country. Contacted support (dpd croatia), in 2 emails still no specific answer where is my package, they copied same email from first time and resend me, and saying will be delivered soon.
