Beautifully maintained church interior. Outside, the repair would be enough.
Already in the Árpád era there was a church here.
In 1748 Ferenc Esterházy built a new church in place of the old ruins, according to the plans of Jakab Fellner.
It was badly damaged in the 1810 earthquake.
At the request of Miklós Esterházy, the reconstruction was completed between 1852-54, based on the plans of Miklós Ybl.
