I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wedding anniversary for my couple, which arrived on time. The bouquet ordered was damaged and the greeting card was missing. Instead of the ordered Mozart dessert for which I paid 1400 HUF, received a merci chocolate which is otherwise 650 HUF. I called the store, they did nothing to fix what they messed up, they did nothing but apologize. My expectations turned out to be a lot for them because they didn’t send me what I ordered. I warn everyone from this store to order anything online! Dear Medinilla! In response to your answer, I am not the first to have a bad opinion of you! At my telephone request, he was right that I didn't get what I ordered, he writes something completely different in his answer! I paid 1400 HUF for the Mozart dessert, for this you grab a 650 HUF chocolate that it is more expensive! It’s pathetic that’s all it takes of you! The card that wasn't in it is very much missing, because that way the gift became impersonal! I don’t think the buyer should be blamed for not getting what they ordered, but the sender and supplier!

We ordered bacon for my daughter's wedding. We asked for the bouquet to be suitable for the occasion and we specifically asked that pink and purple flowers should not be put into the bouquet because it is not our color. The lady was very kind, she assured us that everything would be fine. The surprise came to us when we came to see the bouquet, that despite our request there were only pink and purple flowers in the bouquet, the floral arrangement was nothing to decorate with nothing, a poor idea, and the bouquet was not for a wedding. I had the feeling that they were tied from that day , "as it falls, so puffy". We thought we would not take this bouquet, but we could not afford to pay for the time. This shop I do not recommend this shop to anybody!
