Great flower shop, the shop assistant is friendly and helpful.
After my girlfriend’s name-day surprise was completely spoiled by being called all day because she was unable to deliver the bouquet at the pre-arranged time offered as an option on the online ordering interface, I told the owner my worries and mentioned that I would be happy for some kind of compensation:
