A smaller, approx. I wanted to buy an 8x8 cm steel plate - or flat iron, as it is still called elsewhere - I thought I would come here and ask what sizes and thicknesses you can get and choose a type accordingly. Since I don’t get up and lie with the hardware, I may not know every single product by name, but I thought it might make sense to explain to the seller exactly what I want to buy. I come in, I couldn’t even tell you what I was looking for at all, when I uttered the word flat steel the seller cut his head as incomprehensibly as if approx. I would have looked for the same in a pharmacy. “You can’t get it here,” he pokes there reluctantly, oh I mean, I would end up in a hardware store or what the hell. Then - still not listening all the time to what exactly I want to take - he irritably takes me in and shows me a narrow, longer, pre-drilled connecting iron with the text "this is the only way to get one". All right, I thought maybe it would be good, but I asked if the same could be available in a wider edition, he started to explain the production lengths with the same irritability, and how he would bring it into the store in a length of 6 m, etc. I turned around and came… Timeless, jerk service, despite the many good reviews. I think if someone is working as a salesperson, they’re either learning to deal with stress and don’t fill out on the buyer, or if that doesn’t work then don’t get nervous behind the counter. But no problem, then I spend my money in another store, as I found what I was looking for in the next place with normal service.
