Would give 0 stars if it was possible, I called them in hope to get some information about traveling to Italy during Covid that I was not sure about by reading their site. The lady was unbelievably rude to me,interrupted what I had to say and said they have all information on their site and hung up. (Why do you even have a customer service number?)

Very bad and awful service.... My partner asked to get approval of transit so we would be able to go to Slovenia from there since there was no better option from London. And this lady Laura Cannella took our details and than responded NOTHING for 8 days and made us miss our plane.... Just awful service in general... basically never working or impossible to reach them... just very bad...

The phone hangs up permanently after 30 to 35 seconds

I don't have a problem with hard times if I didn't go as a tourist this month, I quit a lot of euros, the bossy that I was buying a Roma card for 40euro, and they still haven't got my acquaintances. open up to faithful tourists
