I've been there with my friends a few days ago, unfortunately just for a night.. but we'll make it longer next time definitely ;) Excellent location, right in the centre of Pécs. Our host was Rafi, very nice friendly guy, always happy to help. All I can say, I highly recommend it to everybody ;) Gery

Most beautiful place to stay in Pécs, hostel owner is polite and lovely! Building is really amazing which is colourful and comfortable! If you’re looking for a place to stay here, you have no choice to stay in another place🙃

We booked a room but we arrived Pecs late at night (12 pm) because we had some problems about the road trip. We ranged the bell of the hostel, no one answered. For check in, you have to go the Nappali bar next to hostel. I asked one of the workers that how we are going to check in, she called someone from her cell phone. The guy was telling us that he wasn't in hostel and check in was closed. First he told us that he send us message and an e-mail but that was a complete lie, he did not try to contact us in any way. He send us the message via booking AFTER WE HAD OUR CONVERSATION ON THE PHONE! When I told him that, he said that it was on the booking site that check in was closed, and I quote 'If you don't read, that's not my problem.' He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We had an argument. Maybe we couldn't check in at night, but he wasn't helpful in anyway and was super rude. And don't you think isn't it strange that NOBODY is in the hostel at that time? I suspected that he gave our room to somebody else when we did not show up in afternoon, but I did not say this to him. We were guests of the hostel and he basically threw us out. We managed to find some place with great difficulty because of the New Year every hotel was full. And in the morning we got an e-mail say that our booking was cancelled without a fee. And I believe my suspicion is true, when we did not show up he gave our room to somebody else. And he was BLAMING US to come to Pecs late. He said something like 'you did not warn me that you will be here late.' I booked my room for 29th of December and I was in Pecs 29th of December. If we weren't lucky, we will be in the streets for 2 days. He was rude and he wasn't offering any other option. And he was super mean, and he was thinking he is super clever thinking threw 2 girls out of the hostel, lying to them, blaming them and not helping them at all and also thinking he can get away with this.
