I was here today (08.17), I needed information about a drug I hadn’t (thankfully) encountered in my life so far. It’s not easy to get either because the amount of what’s on the prescription is no longer on the market, and other pharmacies have said they need to ask for a new prescription because of this. I thought I was wondering if they would say the same thing at this pharmacy. A lady whose WORKING HOURS is max. I robbed me of my questions for 2 minutes, he talked to me so disparagingly that I suddenly couldn’t put his reaction to it as I kindly spoke to him and I know he’s there to give me medicine and don’t give god information about them when needed. Aside from the fact that he was already standing there with an expression on his face as if his teeth were being pulled, he struck at my head that I had not had that amount of medicine in that amount for more than a year (which I don't know how I should have known, since I'm neither a pharmacist nor a doctor) , specifically while I was still standing at the counter without saying goodbye and shouting back at me after I wasn't done, I still had something to say that obviously didn't interest him ... He must have thought I was just a silly young man who needed to move and do your job. I believe he may have had a hard day or he was in a bad mood, but I don’t think people should be treated like a pile of rubbish anyway, since I certainly can’t say he has problems. Anyway, thank you to the lady from here too, as thanks to her my day has become bad and I'm sorry I couldn't walk after the medicine on my own! Surely the sick people of Pécs (since it is not a hobby that people go to the pharmacy) need even a pharmacist to juggle them! Thank you very much!
