"Gosztonyi stone store" The sandstone statues of the apostles are approx. they have been to this exhibition space for three years. Time has left them depressed, but perhaps that’s why they’re so captivating.

Originally it was intended that these statues of the Twelve Apostles be placed on the facade of the Cathedral. During the restoration work, the statues were moved under a stone structure, and there they found their final location. The structure not only protects the Apostles from the elements, but also constitutes an excellent exhibition frame.
