Room maintenance is poor. The shower holder is broken, hairdryer doesn't work and the rug is bumpy like the Andes mountains. We booked a room with additional bed for our kid. Then requested it twice, and still didn't get it set up. So after a day of waiting, we asked the cleaning lady for bedsheets and set it up ourselves. Staff was nice, food was all right. However the hotel is a bit worn, and that shows.

Wellness and Spa is excellent, sauna programs are also good. Not too crowded, so you can enjoy both the thermal bath and other pools. Service is nice and friendly. Temperature in rooms are extremely high and not easy to adjust, sleeping with windows open during wintertime is not necessarily what you wish. But at least your swimsuit gets dry quickly :) Food is medium, looks better than tastes. Rooms are clean but bathrooms could use a facelift.

Quiet Spa place , swimming pool with thermal water, clean rooms, but small parking place in front of the hotel. Hotel restaurant offer Hungarian style of food. And it is not so expensive.
