Miskolc Pass

This pass card for tourist helped me a lot because I do not speak hungarian language, and I reached all the point I wanted to see easily and entered to the attractions without any issue. I am thankful to this card. It showed me a wide range of usage so I enjoyed much more that I had planned!

Hi everyone heading to Miskolc! I am from Slovakia, and during my visit I used to enjoy the time with this card. It has a nice design (great memory in my wallet). During the whole day I saw the Castle, one of the caves and Cave bath. I was suprised that it is possible to see as many attractions as I did. Thanks for tourism workers who offered me use this card for 24 hours :) I think I will again visit this lovely city. Andrea Košice

I had problems with obtaining the Miskolc Pass card, due to a system error I could not enter the expiry date, without which the card does not come by e-mail (i.e. I bought the card, spent money, but I could not receive it, because entering the date was a separate process that did not work) ) I asked the tourist information point in Miskolc for help (I sent emails and scans of the website), unfortunately, no one answered. The process of making the card itself is described only in Hungarian, despite the English version of the site. On the spot, it turned out that with Miskolc Pass you can visit fewer attractions than advertised, e.g. from two caves, there is only one to choose from. I generally don't recommend. The card is also not so profitable considering its price and comparing to the prices of individual admissions, the process of making is complicated and the tourist information office is unprofessional. Miskolc is beautifully located on the edge of the mountains / in the Bükk Mountains, but the city itself looks very fierce. In addition, on Sunday it was completely empty and dead. There was not even anywhere to eat and drink coffee.

Great idea but a bit bad organization, no map, no guide. A very comfortable form

It worked for us! It was a great surprise for us that Miskolc has such a tourist card! We bought it online and activated it when we set out to look around the city. Otherwise we had a great time in the city, our favorite was the castle of Diósgyőr, it was renovated fantastically, but the small train was nice too!
