We took a ferry to Bodrogzug, here we have to drive inwards for 200 m on a muddy dirt road, then turn right, here after about 300 m we reach a moat, we cross it, and immediately afterwards we turn right again. Soon we reach a small clearing, where we turn right again, arriving at the old Jewish cemetery, right on the shore not far from this, after the houses, is the castle ruins. It is not very spectacular, only a small low stone wall can be seen from it, most of it is waiting to be explored. An uncle lives here who likes to tell stories about the castle and history.

Unfortunately we see a meter high stone wall from the castle nothing more than a place accessible by boat

Crossing the bodog to the ruins of the castle. Unfortunately, the ruins of the castle were almost completely overgrown with vegetation and the rise in levels caused by the annual tide. The road there is careless.

It was one of the largest and most important castles in Hungary. He kept a strategic point. It was also a farm in Szapolya. 1704 felrobbantatja Rakoczy, elbontatja elbányásztatta, he led to the Tisza. Raising the water level will make exploration harder, a miracle for any find. It is being explored. We can hope for results from a strong castle that once served lavish representative purposes! It's not worth your knees now! Its location is guessable only.

Nice calm for quiet people who want to relax.
