Idill hotel

The accommodation is well on its way to being really popular with adult guests. The Deluxe rooms are very nice, tidy and clean. The wellness area is well-designed and nicely maintained together with the outdoor pool. The staff in both the restaurant and the accommodation are very kind and helpful, we learned a lot of useful information from them about the local facilities. The accommodation is located along the main road, making it less safe for a quiet evening walk or cycling, despite the fact that Hévíz is only 2 km away.

Really friendly pleasant place. Clean nice rooms. Nice quiet area. Delicious food, attentive service. Idyllic place as the name suggests. I recommend it to anyone.

The accommodation advertised as "Hotel" would indeed be a boarding house, but unfortunately its price does not reflect this. If a service were 20-30% cheaper then I would be much more satisfied. The wellness area also fell short of expectations, mainly due to the outdoor pool, and the water in the jacuzzi was not hot enough, so it also shocked us from the "idyll". This brings me to the other problem, which in turn is much more embarrassing than the ones mentioned above. Even the fact that I booked into the Idill hotel through the accommodation.hu, then after paying the deposit I received a confirmation from the service provider called "Relax Hotel Hévíz". This could be called a simple administrative error so far, but after searching for the latter hotel I had to face the fact that the hotel boasts more than 100 negative opinions, which of course was not the case when I was still looking for it as an Idyllic hotel. That's when I felt cheated. Even more so when I saw that there was no sign anywhere on the site that said Idill Hotel, so I guess the hotel is not officially running under that name. This is a trick to keep unsuspecting interested people from facing a ton of negative feedback, at least that’s what I think, but please let me know if that’s not the case. Anyway, this is already a consumer protection category, the only reason I didn’t turn to that office is that I’m mostly happy with the 3 nights I spent there. The restaurant deserves a separate chapter. First of all, let me state that I am maximally satisfied with the work of both the chef and the waitresses! Also, unlike the hotel, the restaurant is realistically priced, which is also positive. What’s a huge problem is that there isn’t enough of a waiter for dinner, so the service was very slow and dragged. The first night was especially interesting when we first got the food (after 45 minutes approx.) And then the drinks after a 5 minutes and also the cutlery only after that as a result of a separate performance, which also shocks the man out of "Idyll". Despite all this, I can call myself lucky because I did particularly well compared to my peers and they didn’t even pull off (apart from the original high price of course). Or is there still one or two overdue batches to be recovered? :) Oh and COFFEE HORRIBILIS start something please!

Nice tidy rooms, kind and helpful staff, buffet breakfast and dinner which is included in the price is very delicious and plentiful.
