Excellent facility. Very friendly staff. Great location. Food was above average to excellent. The wellness center is very nice. The sauna and salt room are great.

Great hotel for vacation with kids. Will be back again!

We are spending early summer season here right now. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very family oriented. There is a children's playroom, indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor playground, a local restaurant with half inclusive option for breakfast and dinner. Nearby attractions: Keszthely and Hévíz. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and attentive.

Super, Zuzana

I spent a week at the end of August in this hotel (6 adults, 4 children, 3 rooms). The car park is well designed, the spaces are not tight and it is possible to stop close to the reception during check-in. The hotel garden is maximally maintained, clean, professionally arranged and thus immediately gives a positive impression to the guests. The reception of the hotel meets the expected standard of 4 *, the staff is extremely polite, kind, fast, helpful and provides all the necessary information without request. The entire hotel staff is well trained, polite, helpful and friendly 24 hours a day. The corridors of the hotel, the lifts, the playroom can be exemplary of cleanliness and harmony. The rooms are nice, comfortable, well-furnished - the bathrooms are of a 4 * standard (I find the washbasin too low due to the child-friendly nature a little exaggerated, but everything for the kids…). The outdoor / indoor wellness / spa area is a fantastic facility, enjoyed indefinitely by both children and adults for a whole week (constant cleanliness, well-equipped, harmonious design, super slide). The restaurant part of the hotel is comfortably furnished, a maximally clean and maintained section where we had a great time with every meal. Breakfast is plentiful, varied, kid-friendly, all dishes are fresh and very delicious (I missed the fresh lemon and chilled tomato juice a bit). Dinners were meals that catered to all your dining needs and provided an infinitely enjoyable culinary experience (characterized by a confusion of abundance, it is often difficult to decide what to choose from the many delicacies). Special thanks for the wide gluten-free selection. The children’s programs in the afternoon made our holiday even more colorful, the kids really enjoyed it (the clown is still mentioned). So it was very good, thanks to all the employees, managers and owners of the hotel - we will definitely be back !!! (but only 1x a year because prices aren’t exactly right for the crisis 😊, but it’s elsewhere). Sincerely, Tamás Duncsák
