Good location! Only this... Dirty, the breakfast from 8 till 10, but at 9 30 its no food on tables..

Amazing place for a day out with the kids. There are many animals, is an enjoyable and peaceful place and the best is that is for free to come and see them.

Now we're back from vacation, but we probably won't even go there anymore. I booked a 4-bed room, because it was so that maybe my son will come after us. then it was not even replenished, we bought ourselves. The night lamps did not work, the mirrors were inclined for the wheelchair user and could not be adjusted. The shower faucet is weird, I couldn't fix it with one force at one temperature, normally it was impossible to shower because the water was completely hot in a few seconds, so either in the cold or in the hot .. Nobody cleaned there in 3 days. When we objected to the room that we did not order a room for wheelchairs and it was supposed to be 4 beds, the lady at the reception solved it with the fact that people prefer the room because I did not enter when ordering 4 people, but less, so they arbitrarily gave another 4 seats. And no excuse, she didn't add anything like that. So we told her to let her try it, it's no-comfort. The surroundings are nice, the royal breakfast, what you just asked was at the buffet, the breakfast staff is extremely polite and helpful, but we will definitely not come after such an experience.

For those who want a calm environment and relaxation, I recommend it with a warm heart. We had a great time.
