Szent László Látogatóközpont, Somogyvár

Not much to see, but very nicely done. Air conditioning would be nice in the summer...

Unfortunately, the place was a big disappointment. We headed through the promenade to the Visitor Center. An information board was received at the end of the promenade, listing all the attractions of the center. First we wanted to see the outdoor stuff, which failed at the first point. The "grape board" was just a "stake board," according to the Visitor Center lady, unfortunately the grapes don't live here despite the ideas. In the area next to it, called the "Orchard," stood a few rumbling fruit trees. The baking place consisted of 3 large stones and 2 holes and it was all surrounded by an electric shepherd, so if we wanted to, we couldn’t use it either. Then we went on the route where the playground would have followed, but it did not materialize, as did the hiking trail and the sports park, all of which were on the information board. The meager HUF 1,500 million EU grant did not run for this. After that, we didn't even dare to look at the indoor part, to see if it wasn't ready either. What was this big sum spent on?

It was a pleasant surprise. It was interesting. He gave a lot more than we thought. We visited on a free day. The staff were nice, the "tour guide" was meaningful. Now I recommend it to others :)

It’s nicely done, but building a building this size for “10 pieces” is a bit of an exaggeration. The promenade to the ruins, on the other hand, is very good.

Modern building, small exhibition. At the top of the stairs the ruins of the abbey are really interesting. I would expect a similar exhibition about Koppány ......
