It is below criticism. From scratch, the style as they are received is already outrageous. Now I am sorry I got an earliest date here just to ask for a simple certificate, there has never been a problem with this in the country before. Here one cannot expect anything but jerk and stuttering. 0 empathy, 0 helpfulness, 0 competence.

I handled a pension case, I was there twice. Unlike many, I only had a good experience: the lady at the control desk was kind, flexible and helpful (I was ugly late for the booked time, yet it was resolved to fit in with 2 other clients.) The clerk ("Piroska") is a phenomenon: friendly, PROFI, fast and efficient ... Although every Hungarian office would be like that!

I read the comments before me. I was here for the first time. It was a pleasant surprise for me compared to Soroksári! They greeted me at check-in and then after check-in were asked to disinfect my hands. They were received after waiting for 10 minutes, and then clerk Éva Varga handled my case worthy of the office. He didn’t feel like I was stealing his time during business hours, if I asked him he didn’t fool me covertly and then on LEAVE THANK YOU! So few are enough to make a good impression! Congratulations! Keep it up!!
