It's very expensive....
Unfortunately, we were very fooled! We bought a jacuzzi that was ruined one day after use. Despite many repairs, they could not be repaired. At the last repair (approx. 8), according to the mechanic, it should be taken to pieces because they only have a guess as to what the fault might be. device .Unfortunately, the owner or manager of the company refuses to do so and will do everything possible to void the warranty period. In short, we just want to relax after work, but instead we just got nervous and go to court for our money .. Anyone think well what they are buying. That they will be correct, I promise I will write.

A Hungaro Pool Kft. csapatát csak pozitívan tudom értékelni, sőt. A telefonos kommunikáció remek. A bemutató teremben meg kaptam minden információt a termékről, illetve kitudtam választani az igényeimnek megfelelő jakuzzit a megfelelő színben. Kiszállítás örömteli módon egy bő hónappal hamarabb megtörtént. A kiszállítás egyben beüzemelés és kezelési útmutatás is prófin ment. Nagyon elégedett vagyok a cég minden munkatársával igy csak ajánlani tudom a szolgáltatásaikat. Köszönöm :)
Purchasing, delivery, on-site assembly went smoothly. There is no problem with that.
However, a sauna that has broken down after the warranty period is not repaired, they are trusted for half a year, there are times when they claim a shortage of parts, there are times when a logistics colleague is not available, there are times when they call back, there are always excuses. Unfortunately there is no repair!
I recommend buying the sauna elsewhere, where there is also a substantial Hungarian service!
I ordered the one-person full-spectrum sauna on the phone on Saturday, the lady on the phone was very helpful. It was taken on Wednesday at the forecast time, snapped in half an hour, we had a sauna in the evening. The mechanics were very kind, informed about its use, warranty and answered all our questions. It is used almost every day during this viral period. I can only recommend.
