Today, an acquaintance of mine was also canceled with the same template text, he was also waited for 3 weeks. At that time, they did not indicate on their website that they would not accept a new customer, the system allowed them to register, they gave them a free time, too.
They are penalized for non-appearance, but this long vulnerable, end-of-service wait doesn’t seem to have any consequences. I don't think we were the only ones who went or will go that way.
