Austria door to door

I booked a seat, called the next morning, but did not arrive. I called them around noon, they told me that they had canceled my place because they did not. They told me they were calling somebody to see if there was room for me. They were recalled, and at my own company, where there were 2 more places, they took me. I asked how much the road was going home, saying something like this, I did not understand it, but I understood it was 3 euros when they entered the village where I am. When they came to me and it was about pay, who started almost from there, and my destination was the same, paid 85 euros. I had to pay 123 euros. When I asked what they were saying, "because we are not our passengers." Case closed...... I ask ... who is my passenger if they are not theirs ?! I registered with them and the boss brought me to my own bus. Instead of apologizing for having been removed from the list of passengers because I could not pick up the phone, I still got money. And what about the one who works in the morning, can not even have the phone in the pocket of the workplace and do not reach it? Everyone is deleted from the list of passengers and if they are to be re-sold, they charge more money !? It's all outrageous. The driver was an exemplary, but I do not go anywhere with this company anymore. Be very careful when you want to travel with this company! Not for that, but for the first time I traveled with you and last time. You're very confused with someone. So far, I've always traveled to Austria with a car. If I had given up, my own decision would have nothing to do with anyone. Certainly, if others give up a road, there is an overriding reason. There is nothing at all to do, that's what happened, you do not come out well. I do not even know what kind of reward you are talking about!
