We visited the spa several times a year. We were always satisfied with what we experienced here. We left again yesterday, for the first time this year. It was extremely disappointing to be there. Before we arrived, we checked the spa’s website where there were no warnings about the operation of the spa. When we arrived we saw that there was a staff stop. We waited 30 minutes in front of the entrance with two small children, without restrooms and any infrastructure. At the ticket office, they said there were only 2 pools in operation. Of course, the ticket is not cheaper. There are 1 toilets in the spa area, with terrible hygienic conditions. In the children's pool, only the slide works, neither the mushroom nor the tub works. The children's pool is dirty, the smaller slide is moldy, and the pool is clean under the tubbed platform. The adventure pool is closed. Changing rooms can only be found outside, which are urine-smelling boxes made of OSB. A youtube dj roared on a huge speaker next to the children’s pool. We couldn’t talk to the kids because we didn’t hear each other’s words either. Overall, it was a huge disappointment. An example of how to ruin a good place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE! We will never go there again!

There is no update on the website, information is zero, that only 1 pool works, plus a child. The Experience buffet is really an experience. Wait an hour for food (two burgers). Once in the afternoon, there are no more fries. Issuing an order back, a picked-up company cannot pick up the order properly. There is a washbasin throughout the spa area, a large walk from the pool, hygiene is zero. We were here for the first and last time.

We were in the bathroom today. It turned out that neither the indoor pools nor the outdoor experience pool were in operation and could only be accessed through the swimming pool. It is up on the website that it will be closed indefinitely from March, but this is not true because it is partially open so there is no exact information. There is no soap or hand sanitizer in the single washbasin. This is such a poor service!

By the time we got to the bath, they were no longer allowed in. We called them three times before, but they didn’t pick them up. Unfortunately, their website does not have the latest news either. :(
