Its surroundings are a bit wilder than the lower parts of the valley, not everyone comes here anymore and it is not safe to go to the top as there are no barriers, especially children should pay more attention. However, it is still a beautiful spring with a surprising flow, I think because of the large catchment area, the water is nice clean and tastes good, and it has a very good atmosphere as it is.

Unduly neglected.

Sometime before April 2017, we could start here from the cave of Istállós. Unfortunately, there was some 60-70 cm of snow falling in 24 hours, blocking the neighborhood and more populated settlements. After a week of rapid warming, the snow suddenly began to melt, and the roots that had been drowned could not bear the weight of the trees and further destruction occurred. Unfortunately, the landscape became unrecognizable. Instead of the rampant dense forest, we received a sunny but bleak stream stream. I trust that nature will be renewed and capable of miracles, and I hope to come back every two years and send better pictures from here! :)

The source is clear water, frosty, fragrant, with ice glacier. The cave voice from his gate shakes. Otherwise, I could cry and find words for the sight of the former forests above the source. Awesome. I do not know that it is due to soil erosion or forestry (I can't imagine !!!!), but trees are out of the ground, roots drought, barren dead hillside, dry fragmented twigs, branches everywhere, up to the source. I remember badly that it was possible to go from here to the cave, a walkway, between the woods ???? But what happened here? Someone who has access to it should do this to prevent or reverse this negative process !! The built environment has been beautiful in a few years in Szilvásvárad! Hats off!
