We traveled to Poland for 4 days with a school group. Two drivers and a tour guide represented the travel agency. He spoke to us all in the three main unsuccessful styles, the man who had been guided by us as a guide did not bother us unknowingly (eg 6 minutes later we could start as planned). They were in all respects inflexible. The programs and the bus were fine, but I think a service provider can not afford to allow any of their staff to behave with their clients. I will not recommend the company to my acquaintances, and even if I hear one of the above mentioned names, I will avoid that program far.

A travel agency that provides courteous passenger service and a pleasant environment. Their offers are in line with the service received. I recommend it to everyone with a good heart.

Best travel agency in Miskolc. Great service, helpful ladies. Great value for money. Whoever can do it, choose where to go. Overall great!
