I placed an online order from out of the country at 6pm for same day delivery. the order arrived in less than 30 minutes with email updates about my order. thank you very much!!

If we didn’t call them late at night, our bouquet - which wasn’t a Mother’s Day gift by the way - wouldn’t have been delivered either. When we called them the day before, they assured us that the order would be fulfilled on time, but today they were no longer in the picture, both the lady and the gentleman were hesitant, they didn't know which settlement our order number belonged to. Why do they have to overdo it, why do I have to say in the past that they will definitely be shipped out of a bouquet when they already knew they would probably slip with most orders? What is this communication? If we don't call them, will they be delivered the next day? Where do they live? Do you have to chase the money so much to the detriment of others? We would have preferred to have canceled the whole thing, but we will be ordering flowers for the second time in a second day. Communication 0, information and awareness 0. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will definitely not use the service in the future. 0/5
