My experience was very bad, and forty minutes I did not call for a serial number, and no one's son was there, alone. On arrival, they just looked like they looked at UFO but did not answer. At first I went to the old place, but they moved to the new building (800 m) where you can do official things in a much better age. We managed everything smoothly without any problems, the guys were kind and helpful
