My experience was very bad, and forty minutes I did not call for a serial number, and no one's son was there, alone. On arrival, they just looked like they looked at UFO but did not answer. There are those who in office talk about their love life on the phone, because that is the time for doing so. Indeed, some people are sitting in public money.

At first I went to the old place, but they moved to the new building (800 m) where you can do official things in a much better age. We managed everything smoothly without any problems, the guys were kind and helpful
