horrible, no helpfull at all :(

Pretty bad service, we were told off why did we not book an appointment, even though this is not stated anywhere on their website and they did not mention this when we called them. Very slow process, be prepared with lots of patience. Also, no privacy at all, everyone in the tiny waiting room hears what your business is with the embassy.

They are always very kind and helpful.

I wanted to inquire by phone and then make an appointment. I haven't spoken Slovak for at least 15 years. I was shocked that the lady could not speak Hungarian either. All I understood was to call in a week when the other colleague who spoke Hungarian would be in. Why employ a person who does not speak anything Hungarian in Hungary. I think this is a problem for many of us. Besides, he wasn't ready, he put the phone on me too ....

They were helpful and kind. Both by phone and in person. The administration was quick, there was no slippage. They paid attention to the virus situation.
