Amazing service, excellent food, clean, not cheap but I guess that is what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Well located near the Tokaj region for wine tasting.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. But for 5 stars and the current prices there is space to improve. Also, we were charged for the welcome drink that we were not even offered. But even if it was offered, charging customer in a 5 start hotel for hotel’s welcome drink? Pas beau!

Amazing location, service and delightful food and wine. If that wasn't enough then the wellness and spa section will definately blow you away. Absolute worth the price.

Best location to experience the traditional Tokaj wine district feeling. The hotel is in a historical building but equipped with the most modern facilities. The food is excellent! Plus you can always choose from great selection of local wines. The rooms are spacious, the wellness is huge and nicely decorated.

Lovely hotel. Lots of character. Excellent spa facilities. Breakfast was really good with a great selection. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We had the half board option. Choice on evening menu for the main course. Food all well presented. We felt that although both were good the standard was far superior on the second evening. As a suggestion for a 5 star hotel it would be good to provide complimentary water in the room each day. Again as English people accompanying our Hungarian hosts staff still went out of their way to help us in English.
