Nádasdy Kastély

Very lovely place :)

We liked this castle very much. The person working there were really nice. You can't visit the whole castle but it still worth it. The park around is a bit run down but lovely for a walk with the kids. In the past it must have been really nice. We found some peacock feathers so I guess if you are lucky you can meet them. There is no cafeteria but they do have toilets. There is a ticket only for the castle but there is no need to pay if you want to visit the park or park your car

Within the castle renovation program of the government this one is one of the most advanced but still a long way to go to regain its full splendor!!!

The castle is nice, but the surrounding park is neglected. The security dude was a bit grumpy, there are no labels and texts to describe what we see within the rooms, and the furniture and paintings are all copies (they are located in Budapest).

Very beautiful castle! I loved the library with bookshelves the most.
