They added a light bulb to my car that is not good for it. They gave one based on the car data, not I said what it should be. Unfortunately, it turned out 1 year later ... there is no public block. I took it back, but I could pay for the good now. Unused old ones were not taken back. I didn’t have a problem here before, so I don’t want to be unfer, but that wasn’t OK. There is another car shop ...

Good place, nice and tidy sellers and owner. We also have Simson parts. If something is out of stock, it will be ordered and can be picked up the next day.

I wanted to rent a car with them, which I personally booked on Monday morning in the presence of the store manager. They said it was a car, because there was no booking for the whole week. On Friday afternoon, I would have gone to write the contract and take over the car when the store manager told me that the car would only be here tomorrow because someone had taken it all week. I tell you to check out the reservation as it was there when we discussed it. He says somebody canceled it on the phone and it showed me on the paper list that my reservation was blacked out. Who told you which employee, when, by what number, did not say. He was very humbling and didn't even say sorry. He lied to me like a stream of water. A pathetic gang. I hope they are working hard on the bill, as they may be greeted with a counter check ...

If someone is not their companion, they treat me, cheat them, lie to them. Customer management even outperforms the Predator Lobster blog.
