Is this 4 stars? The area is 4 stars. Service, food, and cleanliness are only 2 stars and 3 stars. You can't find any packages on the website. When we arrived, the room wasn't clean. Breakfast is always the same. Dinner is limited. Lunch is not available due to the kitchen, such as cheap pizza sold in the pool. There is no service or kindness to hotel guests. Rather, it is a place where external guests accompanied by aqua parks are more important. This is not a hotel. This is a good day trip course for parents with small children. Do not discard all your receipts until checkout. Come on a day trip with your family. There is no service that hotel guests can enjoy.

Thanks for the celebration what you organized for New Year night. The food was excelent and the team was very quick. The SPA area perfect - we loved and I would recommend to anybody to stay and relax for few days - we had no chance to discover the area and the twon as we were there few days but we will return…

Positively surprised, small town, but this hotel is excellent, with different style, live colours inside the lobby and the rooms. Clean with good food and the SPA is magnificent!!!

Excellent for a weekend-getaway or for a full week stay. They even offer a 4 hour spa ticket so you can spend a nice afternoon when you have a little bit of spare time. There are pools for children, sauna, a bar and even a shoe shop.
