There is a lot of bad experience in the Document Office. Long waiting times, illegal closure at noon (used to be regular, I don't know if it was terminated), systematic no longer give serial numbers even though the end of the day is nowhere to be found. At one time, all inexperienced young people, one of them in the top, with a prominent navel. At last the old, sweet faces can be seen more and more. How are wheelchairs going up the spiral stairs?!? Catastrophe is waiting for the whole customer, it's time to create normal conditions!
