Worst experience ever!! I was so disappointed, we booked room for one night (supposed to be 2nights). We booked one room for 2 adults and one kids. I expected things to be better than this.
- When we arrived there was no receptionist standing by at all more than 1 hour we have been waiting.
- no curtain in the bathroom and people can see you from the opposite side.
- cannot pay with credit card only cash (we found out when we checked out **currency exchange rate is different when you cash out from the atm machine and you have to pay more than you supposed to☹️)
- no hanger not even one in the closet.
- no hair dryer in the bathroom.
- room was so dirty didnt look like on the website at all.
- not prepared for 3 guests (no pillow case, blanket, towels.. even we gave information that will be 3 people)
- no security standards ( didn't checked passports or ID at all )
- no Covid-19 standards as shown on the web page.
And many more things not professional.
Strongly not recommending for visit at all!!!
Clean and beautiful large garden. The rooms are also kings
Very cool hotel, large rooms, very clean, overhauled in 2019 - everything is top notch, there is even a baby cot) Refrigerator, safe, good internet, large hall.
The owner is so hospitable that he received us at 01-30 at night!
Large parking, courtyard with barbecue, park area, very much.
Good place, close to everything, in Sóstón !!
