This experienced harrow-walled, single-nave Greek Catholic wooden church is architecturally unique! It was built around 1550 or 1640 and dedicated in honor of St. Nicholas in Nyírség, Mándok. He was transported here in 1970 to the open-air museum in Szentendre.

For me, one of the most beautiful buildings in the open-air museum. Greek-Catholic churches are in the eastern part of Hungary, who have never been to see them before. The church combines the influence of the Roman Catholic and the Byzantine-Orthodox Church, creating a special atmosphere.
