Highly not recommended. The products are excellent, but the appointment is cumbersome in Eastern Europe. It took two months and ten correspondence for someone to finally come out of them for commissioning. After asking me to pay in cash, a colleague who arrived at the scene indicated that he had not heard of it. In response, I received a transfer invoice and a three-day payment deadline to my mailbox, which was confirmed daily by phone calls. In light of the fact that I waited weeks for answers and for someone to get my machine up and running, it’s pretty asymmetrical. Rather choose another product and distributor, I can’t even imagine how bad the service can be in the event of a downtime. Unfortunately, there's a chance I'll find out.
Excellent team, flexible attitude. I am 100% satisfied with them. I can only recommend them.
typical Eastern European attitude, fraudulent undertaking. if they do take anything from them anyway, I wish they didn’t have a warranty problem because they didn’t help. they are only interested in profit
