I wanted to make a person with 2 small children (2.5 years old, 1 month old). When the serial number appeared we entered it was about 10 seconds and then the clerk announced that he had closed our serial number. What??? Let's wait for whoever comes after us. I'm waiting with 2 little kids ... Thanks. We waited for about a quarter of an hour and then left them to hell.

There is a phone number that can be dialed because it is never picked up. A long wait then falls into an acquaintance of the kind security guard pulls her number and you can even go downstairs. Outrageous !!!!! !!!

Fast, kind clerks. They answer all questions, be patient. This is the LEG of the previous Government Windows !!!

No one has picked up the phone since Monday, although I would need info !!! Unfortunately, I personally can’t go down because working hours are working hours for me too! Either rings don’t pick up, or it rings all the way and jumps busy, I called them about 40x, at different times. Outrageous, ESPECIALLY IN THE CURRENT SITUATION !!!
