Absolute disaster , should be closed down immediately

We waited over 2,5 hours for our food. Even when we called the restaurant they were not helpful at all and always said "it's on the way"

Unfortunately, we didn’t even look after the restaurant. We ordered the food from their own website and we thought it would bring the level in terms of value for money. The delivery took an hour and a half, but it wasn’t that confusing yet. The courier was polite and kind. We received the ordered food, which was 2 burgers, a french fries and a cottage cheese dumpling. There wasn’t even that much of a problem with burgers, though it was a little tasteless, but not inedible. The french fries were wet, probably due to transport they got wet back we understand that too. Besides, I can't go to the fact that I paid 1000 forints for two pieces of cottage cheese dumplings, which was spoiled. As soon as I unpacked the "dessert" presumably not made with them, the spoiled smell immediately struck me. I also showed my partner who is approx. it got bad from the smell.

Unfortunately we didn’t look for the restaurant before ordering. Delivery was 2 hours, the onion rings for the menus didn’t arrive, the tops of the potatoes and one of the burgers were burnt and what was written in the comment was not taken into account, the extra roasted onions were also left behind. We tried to call them, but no one picked up the phone. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We ordered 2 burgers and waited 2 hours for it. The buns were burned to ruin, the meat was dry and hard, and the burgers had no taste or smell. Disaster. We will never order from here again. And they even had a picture of asking for a shipping fee. I called the dispatcher twice, first he said a few minutes, then he was here soon. But it never occurred to me to offer some discount, though as I read the comments afterwards, I realized I couldn’t expect more from them. You won’t drag on for long if you continue like this with 1.3 ratings. Come on!
