The worst experience so far. Was granted visa in 2013. Vice-council was very rude and unprofessional.

Total nightmare! I do not remember that whenever I called to a place where I should get the information I needed, she heard such an unpleasant, unprofessional, rude and rude lady as is at the Polish Consulate. Unfortunately, the lady did not deign to provide any information, she sent me to the gov.pl website where there was no information that I needed and she was very aggressive and dissatisfied that she had to say anything ...

I called the embassy because there was a problem but the Lord said that the terrace is sitting in the chair because it is such an hour and day and nothing will help, i.e. parasite, so why sick zero opinion

The Embassy is centrally located, right on one of the most famous streets in Budapest. The building itself looks a bit abandoned.

I do not know what the duties of the Consulate are, I will read and supplement my knowledge. Then I will know if the absolute lack of answer to my specific question resulted from my lack of knowledge or the approach of the on-call lady. However, I am already expressing my opposition to the style in which I was treated! Unfortunately, I do not know exactly by whom because you were not kind to introduce yourself.
