Unfortunately, I can only express my complaint about the incident in the hotel bistro. Instead of the requested risotto, plain rice was brought to the fish. We signaled our objection immediately, but no one signaled anything back for 20 minutes. We signaled our problem two more times, to which we received the answer that our meals had been exchanged, but 3 out of 3 employees did not offer any solution to the situation. We finally waited more than 20 minutes for the bill after all this. During the epidemic, the breakfast buffet is also objectionable, especially as a separate fee is charged for the service fee. Apartments have to pay a deposit at the reception, which unfortunately cannot be paid by credit card.

Overall, we left you with very, very good experiences. There are one or two little things that should be improved, but we were 100% happy with everything else. It was sympathetic that you could go to dinner on separate shifts at dinner, thus also avoiding the crowds. However, I no longer liked the fact that despite the "dress code" (which was also indicated in the confirmation and in front of the restaurant), guests who were in slippers, shorts and an athlete were admitted. If you already have a dress code, apply it to everyone and don’t be “afraid” to tell the guest to dress fairly. Unfortunately, this morning breakfast was not typical in the morning (despite the fact that we had to come here on time) and a large crowd gathered, so we couldn't sit down and linger there ... It was very uncomfortable. Too bad the restaurant is so small compared to such a hotel, it wouldn't hurt to expand it. The food was very delicious, the colleagues were very nice and the milieu was fantastic.

Excellent accommodation, real value for money. Comfortable rooms, wonderful kitchen, great spa complex. Magic ...

It is in a very nice, clean tidy environment next to the spa.
