Staff : excellent - very helpful and very lovely. Environment and Property : Beautiful place, clear air heart of the nature. Management : Unfortunately couple of leisure function not allowed and my room have a water damaged ceiling...It is 4 star hotel...Kitchen: good and delicious foods. Wellness is perfect, pool inside outside, 3 sauna room. Amazing renovated main building.

Our favorite castle hotel was, in the old days, the service with white gloves, it really gave a noble atmosphere, because the guests and the circumstances gave it, they brought it, but today there is a crowd catering with dirty tables and macinacis guests.
